Worms: WMD
Worms: W.M.D is the latest in the series returning to the original 2D visual style. The basic gameplay remains identical as players take turns to take out an opposing team in environments that are affected by the impact of projectiles and a large influence for physics.
New elements are the ability to craft weapons by gathering parts from special crates, as well as the introduction of vehicles and stationary turrets. Also new to the series are buildings; the worms can now enter buildings to find shelter from enemy fire or sneak up on opponents.
Responsibilities
Senior member of the design team, helping to guide the direction and creation of the stages for the campaign and challenges. Involved in all aspects of the games design.
Construction of a large percentage of the campaign missions and challenges.
Weapon design and crafting system co-design.
Review and feedback on other designers work.
General design, documentation and systems tasks.
Weapon, stage and game mode balancing.
